I am a former Navy SEAL Commander and combat veteran. Now I’m a resiliency coach for people in high demand roles who want optimal cognitive, physical, and spiritual balance so they can deliver the impact they want at work and the fulfillment they desire in their personal lives.
What is leadership resiliency?
Leadership roles are difficult and demanding and can take a toll on our performance, health, and mindset. When leaders have a bad day, it affects the the whole team. My mission is simple: to help leaders have their best days, more often.
My leadership resiliency coaching will strengthen the critical parts of your life that affect your performance and mindset so you can show up a better leader and have greater impact.
My method focuses on three performance pillars:
Cognitive: Brain performance and how sharp we are.
Physical: Our physical state and energy generation.
Spiritual: Alignment of our purpose and values.
I’ve found that optimal performance is achievable now and over the long haul if we bring all of these things together in an integrated approach.
But this is not just another wellness program. In the last 35 years, I’ve been in the high-stakes roles. I’ve led teams under critical no-fail conditions. I’ve operated at the edge of human performance. And when my life, health, and family started to suffer from the intensity of my work, I built an integrated resiliency program to help me balance it all.
